Erin was wonderful to work with; I appreciated her quick responses to my numerous emails. She made the distance from Cleveland and Erie seem like it was just around the corner.
Kristin was fabulous! She was courteous, anlways had a smile on her face and was willing to help with last minute details: getting us high chairs and to go boxes for the desserts.
The Mirage Room was the perfect size for 31 people; no one felt crowded.
The food was wonderful! Such a wide selection of offerings for the salad bar; and the club croissants were delicious. The soups were very tasty and served at just the right eating temperature.
This was the third bridal shower we have had at your location; should the opportunity present itself in the future, I would not hesitate to reach out and host another shower at the Hilton in Erie.
