UPMC Hamot Zoo Event

On Thursday, August 8th, UPMC Hamot held an event at the Erie Zoo with over 400 guests catered by The Ambassador Banquet & Conference Center. This event shows the true flexibility that Ambassador Catering has to offer. The Ambassador provided the linens, bar materials, plasticwear and of course, the gourmet food! The buffet consisted of traditional picnic food (Burgers, Hotdogs and Chicken) that was prepared on our transportable grill throughout the event along with gourmet sides such as Mac & Cheese, Potato Salad and Antipasto Salad.
