From large and inviting spaces to hold a wedding or large corporate events, to small intimate break-out rooms to host a meeting or lecture, The Ambassador Banquet & Convention Center has a room and configuration that is right for you and your event. The largest venue space we offer is the Crystal Ballroom which offers over 6,500 square feet of exquisite hosting space that can hold over 500 guests depending on the room layout. We also offer the beautiful Hemingway Ballroom which can accommodate up to 350 guests in just over 3,000 square feet, and the Garden Atrium which is also around 3,000 square feet and with a max guest capacity of 300. We also offer an outdoor venue and multiple meeting rooms, too. Whatever the occasion, The Ambassador has an event space that can be tailored to your specific needs.
Crystal Ballroom
The Crystal Ballroom is luxurious and an unforgettable event space perfect for large events such as galas, wedding receptions, and formal events. Twelve Austrian Crystal Chandeliers are the centerpiece of this elegant space.

Sahara Meeting Room
The Sahara Board Room located on the first floor of the Hilton Garden Inn, affords executives a quieter space for top-level meetings. Able to accommodate 12 guests in the boardroom setup, this space features a 58-inch plasma television, DVD player, wired and wireless Internet access, video conferencing, drop-down screen, projector, portable interactive whiteboard, iPod docking station and integrated sound system. The room also showcases fully remote-controlled AV, custom-made ergonomic board room chairs and lighting schemes.
Mirage Meeting Room
The Mirage Meeting Room, located in the Hilton Garden Inn, is a decision-maker’s best friend. This is the meeting space where fortunes are won, futures are planned and deals get done. The Mirage Meeting room is 950 square feet and can accommodate up to 40 guests.
Desert Dining Room
The Desert Dining Room, located in the Hilton Garden Inn, is the perfect meeting room for business presentations and meetings, festive dinners or exclusive receptions. This tasteful, private meeting facility can be partitioned and caters up to 50 guests. It also has all the technology and equipment required for a successful event. The adjacent foyer is perfectly suited for buffets as well as lunch and coffee breaks.
Nittany Meeting Room
Located in the 6th floor of the Hilton Garden Inn, the Nittany Meeting Room features a large meeting space, large screen television with DVD and Apple TV Airplay connectivity, projection screen and wi-fi.

Penthouse Meeting Room
The Penthouse Board Room located in the connected Courtyard Marriott, is easily accessible by elevator or staircase and complements the importance of your exclusive gatherings. Ideally suited for board meetings, strategic planning sessions, off-site brainstorming sessions, press conferences, depositions and corporate briefings. The Penthouse Board Room is 675 square feet and can accommodate up to 40 guests. As a standard, for ease and comfort, the board room features a 32 inch television, wired and wireless internet access, pads, pencils, and pens so you have all you need for a smooth flowing meeting.
Lobby Conference Room
The Lobby Conference Room located on the first floor of the connected Courtyard Marriott, is the ideal venue for business presentations and meetings, special events or exclusive receptions. The Lobby Conference Room is 960 square feet and can accommodate up to 60 guests. The conference room features a 32 inch television, DVD player, wired and wireless Internet access, drop-down screen, projector and portable interactive whiteboard. Your professional event coordinator will work closely with you to ensure that every detail is taken care of to make your event a success.
