Erie Philharmonic Summer Soirée

The Erie Philharmonic Summer Soirée was an event full of delicious food and pleasing music at the Ambassador Banquet & Conference Center. The spectacular evening began with summer cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. Following the cocktail party, dinner was served in the Crystal Ballroom with entrees of either Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Lemon Chicken Scaloppini or Grilled Portobello Mushrooms.

For the main program, 40 musicians took the stage and performed a full Erie Philharmonic concert. The setting for the event was perfect with beautiful uplighting, sparkling chandeliers and projector screens next to the stage. After the delightful performance, a live auction took place with several elegant packages. Dessert included White Chocolate Raspberry Napoleon along with a Delectable Chocolate Fountain accompanied by coffee cordials with Maestro Daniel Meyer.
