Amanda joined Scott Enterprises in June 2025 as the Convention Services Manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in banquet and catering management.

When she’s not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, TJ, and their two children, Mackenzie and Aidan. She loves going for bike rides, gardening and creek walks with her dog Baylee.
