Jessica Cook

Jessica joined Scott Enterprises in 2019 within a sales manager role at Peek’n Peak Resort where she enjoyed implementing teambuilding events for her corporate clients. In 2020, she assisted in the opening of the Hampton Inn & Suites Erie Bayfront as Director of Sales. In 2022, she was promoted to Corporate Director of Sales where she brings over 12 years of hospitality sales experience and a passion for planning events to create the perfect atmosphere for her clients.

Jessica graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania while also completing internships at such places as Walt Disney World and Amelia Island Plantation.

She currently resides in North East, PA with her husband, Christopher, and their son, Sullivan. They also have a trouble maker of a pug, Miss Petunia. When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys boating & camping with her friends & family and in the winters getting out to Peek’n Peak Resort where they ski as many weekends as possible.
